My Mission
I am determined to cross the finish line at the IRONMAN World Championship Kona 2025 – not just for myself, but for every fighter who refuses to give up.
This race is more than a competition. It’s a statement:
F❤️🩹CK CANCER.

For years, qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona was my ultimate goal. But after battling cancer three times and surviving a life-threatening crash, I had to shift my focus. Now, I no longer race to qualify – I race to prove that survival is victory. In 2025, I will stand at the start line in Kona, not chasing a podium, but carrying a message: No dream is impossible!
The Road to Kona

My journey to Kona is bigger than just one race. China Daily will follow my path – through training, setbacks, and triumphs – to create a documentary on fighting cancer through endurance sports. This is a story of resilience, of pushing forward when the odds say you shouldn’t. Through this film, I want to inspire others to fight – not just in sport, but in life.
China Daily Documentary

Every mile I race is dedicated to those still fighting. After Kona, my custom-designed triathlon gear by artist Jacky Tsai – featuring the powerful message "F❤️🩹CK CANCER" – will be auctioned, with all proceeds donated to cancer charities. This isn’t just about my journey; it’s about giving back, supporting research, and helping others find their own strength through sport.
