No Fear.
Just Fire.
Endurance sports helped me fight cancer –
not just physically, but mentally. Now, I race to
show others that movement is power.
Sports are more than just exercise - they are a powerful tool for recovery, helping cancer survivors regain strength, confidence, and a sense of control over their bodies and lives.
The Benefits of Sports for Cancer Fighters
Boosts physical strength
& energy levels
Helps with post-treatment
recovery & mobility
Improves mental resilience &
reduces stress
Builds confidence & restores
a sense of control

When cancer tried to take my strength, sports gave it back to me. Even during chemotherapy, surgery recoveries, and rehabilitation, I kept moving – because every step, every race, and every finish line reminded me that I was still in control of my life.

Running became my way of fighting back. I completed marathons while undergoing treatment, proving that movement is possible even in the hardest times. After my accident left me with fractures and brain trauma, triathlon helped me regain balance, mobility, and confidence. Training was not just about physical recovery – it gave me purpose and a reason to keep pushing forward.

I no longer race to win. I race to show others that no matter what life throws at you, you can keep moving. Sports didn’t just help me heal – they gave me a new way to live.
